You retain ownership of any original content you upload or create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store such content solely to provide the Service.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Lernix AI are provided on a paid basis ("Subscription"). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as specified.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

6. Refund Policy

We aim to provide a high-quality learning experience. However, due to the nature of digital services:

  • Refunds are not automatically granted once access to paid content or features has been provided.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:
    • You were charged in error;
    • You experienced technical issues that prevented use of the Service;
    • You cancel within the applicable cooling-off period required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lernix AI, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the Service within the past twelve (12) months.

9. Termination

You may stop using Lernix AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the United States.
